Trial Experiment

Today I have tried melting chocolate, I have chosen dark milk chocolate, this chocolate is darker than normal milk chocolate. From the trial I have discovered in order for the experiment to work correctly I need a ratio of 200 ml water at 30 degrees celsius, to 100 grams chocolate, thus twice as much water to chocolate.

Week Three

This week I have visited the supermarket to see what brands supply both, eating and cooking chocolates, of all varieties. I have not yet found a brand.

Equipment

I have looked at the shops and discovered so far that, only the 'select' Woolworth brand, has both a cooking and eating chocolate. It is the only brand with both white, milk, and dark variety.
